ABS BLAST

Abs Blast is a 30-minute workout aimed at developing core muscles, helping to build strength, improve posture and tone abs.

BOOGIE BOUNCE®

Boogie Bounce is a complete exercise program on a mini trampoline, with a safety T-Bar Handle, choreographed to an eclectic mix of tracks from across the decades. Boogie Bounce delivers a full-body cardio workout that is suitable for everyone, all ages, shapes and sizes.

BURN ORBIT®

A great class that is a mix of weight training and cardio! Half the class will be on cardio for 5 minutes matching the pre-defined Myzone colours (MyZone is not needed to join in) and the other half the class on the functional floor for 5 mins, ‘orbiting’ between the 5 different stations.

BURLEQUE CHAIR DANCING

 A fun and sexy way to shed the pounds whilst finding and unleashing your inner goddess.

GENTLE FIT

Gentle Fit is designed to improve cardiovascular flow, range of motion, balance, and strength to allow participants to complete daily movements with confidence. This class is ideal for those who are older, new to exercise, with joint problems or limited mobility.

CLUBBY

Clubby is a fun, full-body dance workout with an amazing soundtrack that gets great results and suits all fitness levels. Grab your glowsticks and put on your dancing shoes!

HIITSTEP®

HIIT Step is an innovative 30 minute HIIT exercise class using only bodyweight and a step. Using the principles of High-Intensity Interval Training, this class is choreographed to bespoke soundtracks created by some of the UK’s top House DJs. This class is high energy and will push you to new limits.

GLUTES & ABS

Designed to concentrate on toning and strengthening those peachy tums and lovely tums!

KETTLEBELLS

This kettlebell class is designed to build strength and definition whilst burning body fat.

TRX

TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.

BALANCE & CONDITION

A class aimed at athletes working on conditioning, balance and injury prevention.

PILATES

Pilates is a form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. This helps to improve general fitness and overall well-being. Similar to Yoga, Pilates concentrates on posture, balance and flexibility.

ROCKBOX

A stress busting full body workout that uses boxing style moves and drumsticks for body toning to Rock music.

HOOP & TONE

 A weighted hoop class that blasts and slims the waist along with dumbbell toning exercises to strengthen and define the rest of the body.

RIP RX®

RIP is a barbell program for all ages and all fitness levels. Matching movement to music and using traditional strength training allows you to work at their own level to build strength and tone all areas of the body.

STRENGTH CIRCUIT

A circuit style class either on the gym floor, in the studio or yard area. Using strength equipment such as machines, barbells and dumbbells to condition, define and tone those muscles.

SPIN

Spin is a form of exercise that uses a stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel. We offer a range of different spin classes such as the standard 45 minute Spin, Spin Express and Spin & Tone which also includes toning using the gym.

DANCEFIT

Dancing through the decades in this fun, energetic dance class with music all the way from 70s to the 00s

GENTLE CIRCUITS

A slower. Steadier circuit class with more time between exercises, full body workout with an emphasis on problem areas that are common with age.

YARD CIRCUIT

Circuit classes are high-energy and fast-paced and involve moving your way around different exercise stations performing each exercise as many times as you can in a set amount of time. Yard Circuit will take place in our new outside area.

YOGA

Yoga is a type of exercise in which you move your body into various positions in order to become more fit or flexible, to improve your breathing, and to relax your mind.
